How to design a recreational area to improve access for people with disabilities?
The Problem
Deutsche Bank Park (DBP) is a state-of-the-art football stadium surrounded by an area which lends itself for recreational use. Eintracht Frankfurt and Deutsche Bank will install various sports and outdoor activities there - most of them with free access. With this concept, both partners want to create a focal point for people of all ages and social backgrounds. While Deutsche Bank and Eintracht are determined to make this recreational area accessible to everyone, they are aware of the obstacles that still exist for people with disabilities.
The Solution
Deutsche Bank and Eintracht Frankfurt are looking for innovative solutions to improve the experience of DBP visitors with disabilities. They are seeking technological solutions leading to a comprehensive concept and the improvement of accessibility for people with disabilities.
