How can local stores in the Rhein-Main-region be digitised and connected to a digital ecosystem?
Local shops in the Rhein-Main-region suffer from a lack of digitisation. Their sales decrease without digital inventory management systems and sales channels. As the digital driver of the Rhein-Main-Area Eintracht Frankfurt wants to support local shop owners with connections to partners and a digital ecosystem. For this, stores need to be digitised more quickly and include all the processes in the background like inventory management, logistics and payment.
Think of services and solutions to digitalise the non-digital local shops in the Rhein-Main-region – by making this process as easy and effective as possible for the shop-owners. Map and explain the whole journey from the user finding the store, checking the offers to buying and getting the product.
We are not expecting a fully-functional webshop-platform or similar. Instead, we are looking for an understanding of how the digitised ecosystem works and how you plan to bring it to life. Show that your product is wanted and what it can do that others can’t. What’s the process to bring your solution to life? Show your business model and explain how you would enact it with approximately 10 PowerPoint slides.
